Terms and Conditions for Al Dixon Photography
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Al Dixon Photography.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Intellectual Property
All artworks, digital content, and workshop materials on Al Dixon Photography are the intellectual property of Al Dixon. Purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital files for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Purchase and Delivery of Physical Prints
Payment is required before the shipment of physical prints. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Any customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Purchase and Delivery of Digital Content
Payment is required before the download link for digital files is provided. Delivery of digital files will be accessible via a provided download link after payment confirmation.
5. Workshop Registration and Payment
Workshop registration requires payment in full. The artist reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops with a full refund provided to participants.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges for physical prints are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition. Refunds for digital content and workshops are generally not provided unless there are technical issues; in such cases, contact our support team for assistance.
7. Licensing and Usage
The purchased digital files are for personal use only. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution of the files without explicit permission from the artist is strictly prohibited.
8. Copyright and Ownership
The artist retains all copyrights and ownership of the artworks, digital files, and workshop materials. Users may not claim, modify, or reproduce them for commercial purposes without explicit permission.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect and store personal information for order processing, communication, and workshop participation purposes only. We do not share or sell this information to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Security
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent security risks.
11. Modifications to Terms
Al Dixon Photography reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are responsible for checking for updates to these terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Alberta, Canada.
